Lotus Development Specialist (TS/SCI Poly) Metro Washington, DC

CACI is working closely with a major US Government Client in the intelligence community, based out of the NoVA area.  We have critical need for several Lotus Development Specialists to work on a long term cutting edge program.

Required Qualifications:
·Candidates will have: Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Lotus Notes Developer, and Web Designer Certifications.
·Demonstrated work experience with software and programming languages such as Macromedia Studio, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual Studio, SQL, JavaScript, Net Programming, XHTML/CSS, HTML, Java, Lotus Notes/Domino, MS Access
·Working knowledge of SharePoint applications.
·Experienced in using using MS Project to develop very detailed project schedules.
Demonstrated experience designing IT systems from the ground up.

This position requires candidates to currently hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.  Due to the classified nature of the program we are unable to advertise the specific polygraph.  Details will be discussed with qualified candidates.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 
Requires bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience.

Desired Qualifications:
·Ability to develop small and enterprise scale applications.
·Ability to provide O&M support and content management for "legacy" applications and websites.
·Ability to update "legacy" code (formula, LotusScript, HTML, JavaScript).
·Ability to troubleshoot application, system hardware, and software problems.
· Strong understanding of Security policies and protocols. .
· Have knowledge of server administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·Provide application development engineering and programming support to projects and infrastructure support activities; assist with designing and developing enterprise applications in a Web environment; assisting with developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
·Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
·Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
·Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
·Manage websites including design, develop, deploy and maintain activities and perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications as required.
·Convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language; develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information; develop codes, tests, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software.
·Perform maintenance on existing software products and contributes knowledge of business applications; write programs according to specifications needed.
·Provide technical support in the evaluation of prime object names, data elements, and other objects; ensure that proposed object definitions are clear, concise, technically correct, and that they represent singular concepts; ensure that the proposed objects are consistent with data and process models.
·Work with the technical staff to understand problems and then resolve them; resolves customer complaints with the software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
·Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
·Prepare required documentation, analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas.
·Develop high level and detailed design diagrams using GFE tools; translate detailed design into computer software; including both program-level and user-level documentation.
·Provide guidance to programmers as required ensuring program deadlines are met.
·Monitor and support computer processing; coordinate input, output, and file media; and distribute output and control computer operation.
·With Government direction, develop new databases (as needed) and provide O&M support on existing Domino client-based applications (such as Group Calendars, Action Tracking, CATS, workflow applications, and Messaging databases).
With Government direction, design requirements, test database functionality, resolve anomalies, research and implement new features. Attend design review meetings on behalf of management, provide status reports to senior management, liaison assistance with Government representatives, manage service requests tickets and phone calls, participate in pilot testing, and provide general user, administrative, and Tier 2 Close Support.
